Is a fun yet challenging combination of Fitball exercises using weights and bands plus learning the movements of GYROKINESIS®.
Allow the dynamic movements to take you within, connecting deeply to your core whilst strengthening total body. Feel that burn!
** Some balance control is required for this as we play and move on the fit ball.

Strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility, balance and stamina with this resistance training and anti-gravity extension physiotherapy class using the Allegro 2 reformers.
This class is specifically designed for people over 60 years of age to work on spinal control, balance, strength and agility. Younger people can also attend and gain benefits however there is little or no flexion based exercises in this class.
** Those with osteopenia or osteoporosis are recommended to join our ONERO classes, however we do still welcome those who wish to do reformer physiotherapy, those who may not be ready for the ONERO and wishing to prepare.

This dynamic, energetic class is guaranteed to tone abs, arms and buttocks whilst working on your own A2 reformer for the whole class. Small class of up to 6 and is suitable for the fit and able bodied.
Pre assessment with one of our physiotherapists is compulsory to ensure suitability to the class. Absolute beginners must complete 5 studio sessions where all the basics and principles will be taught and individual concerns addressed.

ON HOLD – Balance and Control is a completely new class to Infusion designed to deliver and support you through interesting and safe repertoire to improve your balance and strength. Working in small groups, we challenge your balance reactions, flexibility and strength plus teach you how to get onto the floor and up again.
The class difficulty will be set to the level of the group with some allowance for individual needs.

ON HOLD – Beginner reformer Pilates class tailored to mums with bubs from 6 weeks to pre-crawling. Develop your core awareness, regain pelvic floor control plus strengthen your arms, legs, buttocks, and abdominals.
Pre commencement postnatal screen will assess your pelvic floor function using real time ultrasound and provide you with the essential skills for starting the class

12-16 year olds are welcome to join our school term classes focusing needs of our teens using the reformers and small apparatus – balls, rollers and weights.
Initial consultation essential so we know about your teen and can make modifications as required during the 50 minute class.

Designed specifically for the needs of the TEEN, this class focuses on teaching the beginner how to safely and effectively lifts weights with correct technique and develops foundational movement patterns that support long-term health and progression into adult lifting.
Suitable for teens from 13 – 18 and will be run by the school term (10 week blocks).
The aim is to improve body awareness, strength and kick start bone building to improve the bone health of the teen while they are still growing and laying done bone in a noncompetitive environment.
Initial consultation is essential to determine suitability and prepare for the class.
You will need to bring a full sized towel and be ready to work every muscle in your body for 45 minutes.

ON HOLD – This reformer class is for you if you are on the hypermobile side to Ehlers Danlos syndrome and need more control in your life. Our focus is on learning how to control your joints through range of motion, working on your strength and endurance to manage your flexibility and achieve your goals.
We teach you how to find the best positions for your body and work on the strength to stay there.

Would you like to learn how to correctly lift weights in a safe, progressive and non stress environment?
Our lifting program is designed specifically for the female adult with normal bone density and is based on current research concepts from ONERO™ program by Dr Belinda Beck, which targets bone building and strength in those with osteopenia and osteoporosis and the research work from OSTEO-GAINS by Dr Tracey Clissold on the benefits of jumping and impact work.
Wide age range welcome 19-60 years of age.
Initial consultation to determine suitability and teach the basics is essential.
